Understand Radiant Finish
Useful when…
- Pair with Radial Blind when you can capitalize on finishers against blinded enemies.
- Use its Zenurik polarity in a standard Excalibur mod slot if it fits the build.
Effect and conditions
Radiant Finish augments Radial Blind: blinded enemies take 150% more finisher damage at rank 0, 250% more at rank 2, and 300% more at rank 3. The stated bonus applies to blinded enemies and finisher damage; it does not describe a general damage increase against all enemies.
Rank and slot investment
This Rare standard Excalibur mod has Zenurik polarity, 6 base drain, and three ranks. Listed fusion steps cost 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits, then 60 Endo and 2,898 Credits, then 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits. Higher ranks increase the stated finisher bonus; prioritize them if the blinded-enemy finisher effect is central to your build.
Other Excalibur augments
Signal Flare is a Conclave Radial Blind augment that marks blinded enemies on the minimap for 12 seconds. Furious Javelin augments Radial Javelin with a melee-damage bonus for 16 seconds per enemy hit, while Chromatic Blade changes Exalted Blade’s damage type based on Excalibur’s Emissive Color and increases its status chance. These change different abilities or outcomes and are not replacements for Radiant Finish’s finisher effect.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The damage bonus applies only to finishers against enemies blinded by Radial Blind.
- Uses a standard Warframe mod slot and 6 base drain.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating the finisher bonus as a general damage bonus against every blinded enemy.
- Confusing Signal Flare’s Conclave minimap marking with Radiant Finish’s finisher damage effect.
