Effect and slot
Flawed Razor Shot grants +7.5% Slash at rank 0 and +30% at rank 3. It is a standard-slot Pistol mod with Naramon polarity and base drain 2; the description does not state that it converts other damage types into Slash.
Rank investment
The maximum rank is 3. Its listed rank 0→1 step costs 20 Endo and 966 Credits, while rank 2→3 costs 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits. Higher ranks add Slash bonus but increase fusion costs.
Compare and avoid duplicate variant
Razor Shot is listed at +90% Slash, while Accelerated Isotope adds +60% Radiation and +40% Fire Rate. These provide different bonuses. Flawed Razor Shot explicitly excludes Razor Shot, so do not plan to use both together; Air Recon is a Conclave Exilus mod that reduces zoom while Aim Gliding and does not add Slash damage.
