Understand Repair Dispensary
Useful when…
- Add Companion healing to a Protea setup that casts Dispensary.
- Reduce a Companion’s incapacitation timer when the generated pickups are used.
What do the pickups do?
At rank 3, the pickups heal Companions for 20% of their maximum health and reduce their incapacitation timer by 12 seconds. Rank 0 gives 5% healing and a 3-second reduction; rank 2 gives 15% and 9 seconds. Both benefits are part of the Dispensary augment effect.
What does it require?
The effect augments Protea’s Dispensary, so it is relevant when using that ability and supporting a Companion. The mod is listed as Protea-compatible, occupies an Exilus slot, has Zenurik polarity, and base drain 6.
How much should you rank it?
It reaches rank 3. Each rank raises both Companion healing and timer reduction; the last step from rank 2 to 3 costs 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits for the increase from 15% to 20% healing and 9 to 12 seconds of timer reduction. Rank it according to how much those extra benefits matter in your setup.
How do the other listed Protea augments differ?
Temporal Artillery interacts with an existing Artillery unit when Temporal Anchor is activated, while Temporal Erosion strips armor with strikes of Grenade Fan and Blaze Artillery during Temporal Anchor. Both address ability offense or duration interactions, rather than Repair Dispensary’s Companion recovery role.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Requires Protea and use of Dispensary to produce the described pickups.
- Uses an Exilus slot and has base drain 6.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating the pickups as direct healing to Protea rather than Companion healing.
- Expecting the augment effect without using Dispensary.
