Understand Rush
Useful when…
- Increase sprint speed for a Warframe.
- Use it in an Exilus slot when movement is a deliberate build priority.
Effect and slot
Rush provides +5% sprint speed at rank 0, +20% at rank 3, and +30% at rank 5. It is a standard Warframe Exilus mod with Naramon polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 5.
Ranking tradeoff
The final step costs 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits for the increase from +20% at rank 3 to +30% at rank 5 across two ranks. Consider the rank that fits the amount of capacity and fusion resources you want to spend on sprint speed.
Related choices
Flawed Rush is a lower-bonus sprint-speed variant, reaching +10% at rank 3, and is incompatible with Rush. Adaptation instead builds resistance to incoming damage, while Adept Surge is a Conclave mod with a mobility bonus and a health penalty; neither is the same sprint-speed effect.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses an Exilus slot for movement rather than a directly listed defensive or ability effect.
- Cannot equip with Flawed Rush.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting sprint speed to be a general damage or defensive bonus.
- Trying to equip Rush and Flawed Rush together.
