Flawed Serration adds +10% damage at rank 0, +30% at rank 2, and +40% at rank 3. It is a Flawed rifle mod. It is explicitly incompatible with Serration, Amalgam Serration, Higasa Serration, and Spectral Serration.
Rank and capacity
It has Madurai polarity, base drain 2, and maximum rank 3. The supplied final rank step costs 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits. Its lower drain can be useful when capacity is tight, while the modest maximum bonus makes it a limited investment compared with the listed standard alternatives.
Compare the damage options
Standard Serration lists +165% damage at max rank, and Amalgam Serration lists +155% damage plus +25% sprint speed. Spectral Serration lists +330% damage while invisible. These have different conditions and costs; Flawed Serration cannot be installed alongside them, so treat it as a separate option rather than a bonus to stack with them.
