The listed fusion steps cost 20, 40, 80, 160, and 320 Endo and 966, 1,932, 3,864, 7,728, and 15,456 Credits. Rank 3 already supplies +60%; ranks 4 and 5 add 30 percentage points. Weigh that increase against the extra cost and other uses for the shotgun’s mod capacity.
Choosing between variants
Amalgam Shotgun Barrage grants +85% Fire Rate and +45% Revive Speed, while Flawed Shotgun Barrage reaches +40% Fire Rate. Accelerated Blast combines +60% Fire Rate with +60% Puncture. Their extra or different effects may suit another configuration, but each is a distinct incompatible or alternative slot choice rather than an add-on to Shotgun Barrage.
Limitations and tradeoffs
