Target Cracker adds critical damage to pistols: 10% at rank 0, 40% at rank 3, and 60% at rank 5. It is a standard Pistol mod with Madurai polarity and base drain 4.
When it helps
This is a focused option for a pistol setup whose critical hits are important. The listed effect increases critical damage; it does not increase critical chance, so the value depends on the weapon and other choices producing critical hits.
Rank investment and variants
The mod has maximum rank 5. Its listed rank 4-to-5 step costs 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits. Flawed Target Cracker tops out at 30% and Primed Target Cracker lists 110% at rank 10; each is an incompatible alternative, so do not plan to equip them together.
Other pistol emphasis
Accelerated Isotope instead provides Radiation damage and fire rate. It addresses elemental damage and firing speed, not critical damage; compare those effects according to the pistol setup's needs.
