Understand Teleport Rush
Useful when…
- Improving movement after Teleport.
- Extending Smoke Screen through Teleport executions and refreshing it with Teleport Mercy kills.
Effects and triggers
Using Teleport grants a Parkour Velocity increase for 12 seconds: 15% at rank 0, 25% at rank 2, and 30% at rank 3. Executing a target with Teleport extends Smoke Screen's duration by 5 seconds; a Teleport Mercy Kill fully refreshes that duration. The execution effect is separate from the rank-scaling movement bonus.
Fit and investment
This is a standard Ash mod with Zenurik polarity and maximum rank 3. Fusion costs 30 Endo and 1,449 credits for 0→1, 60 and 2,898 for 1→2, and 120 and 5,796 for 2→3. Ranks improve the movement bonus; the supplied rank effects leave the 5-second extension and full refresh unchanged. Rank it further for the larger movement bonus when that matters to your Teleport use.
Limitations and related augments
The movement bonus lasts 12 seconds after Teleport, while Smoke Screen extension requires executing a target with Teleport and a full refresh specifically requires a Teleport Mercy Kill. Smoke Shadow modifies Smoke Screen to conceal nearby allies and grants critical chance while invisible; Tear Gas is a Conclave Smoke Screen augment that blinds nearby enemies. Rising Storm modifies Blade Storm instead. These serve distinct ability roles rather than duplicating Teleport Rush.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The movement increase is temporary and requires using Teleport.
- The Smoke Screen benefit depends on an execution or, for full refresh, a Mercy kill.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the 5-second Smoke Screen extension scales with rank.
- Confusing a normal Teleport execution extension with the full refresh that requires a Mercy kill.
