Understand Total Eclipse
Useful when…
- Use in a group build where nearby allies should receive Eclipse while it is active.
What does Total Eclipse do?
While Eclipse is active, allies within range benefit from Eclipse. The radius is 8 m at rank 0, 12 m at rank 2, and 15 m at rank 3. The effect is conditional on Eclipse being active and allies staying within that radius.
How should you prioritize its rank?
The mod has Zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. Fusion expands the ally-sharing radius; it does not change the stated activation condition. Consider the added radius against the Endo and Credits investment and available mod capacity.
How does it differ from other Mirage augments?
Explosive Legerdemain turns ammo and orb pickups into proximity mines with listed damage and status chance. Hall of Malevolence increases doppelganger damage by 5% per kill. Prism Guard is a Conclave augment that makes Prism follow Mirage and changes its duration to 4 seconds. These alter other abilities or modes and do not share Eclipse with allies.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Allies benefit only while Eclipse is active and within the radius.
- The augment occupies a mod slot and has base drain 6.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not assume the effect remains available when Eclipse is inactive or allies move outside the radius.
