What triggers the trail?
Performing tricks leaves a trail that inflicts Heat Damage to enemies. The listed damage is 10 at rank 0, 30 at rank 2, and 40 at rank 3.
When should you use it?
It is relevant when tricks take you past enemies and you want the trail to hit them. Cold Arrival instead deals Cold Damage around you on dismount; Kinetic Friction requires grinding and releases Electricity Damage on landing a trick. Juice provides Energy from executing tricks. Their triggers and benefits differ, so choose based on the activity you want to support.
Rank and fit
Trail Blazer is a common, rank-3 K-Drive mod with vazarin polarity and base drain 4. Listed fusion costs are 10 Endo and 483 Credits from rank 0 to 1, 20 and 966 from rank 1 to 2, and 40 and 1,932 from rank 2 to 3. The listed trail damage rises from 10 to 40 Heat across those ranks; invest if you make regular use of trick trails.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Its damage requires tricks to leave a trail and does not provide Juice's listed Energy benefit.

- Do not expect the dismount burst from Cold Arrival or the grind-and-landing trigger from Kinetic Friction; Trail Blazer triggers from tricks leaving a trail.
