Effect and conditions
When the augment's protection applies, Venari dies in Khora's place. Venari's recovery timer is 150 seconds, and kills reduce that timer by 1 second at rank 0, 3 seconds at rank 2, or 4 seconds at rank 3.
Slot and rank
This is a Khora augment for a standard mod slot, with Zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. Rank increases the timer reduction per kill, but the 150-second recovery timer remains. Reaching rank 3 requires the listed rank 2 to 3 cost of 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits.
Choosing an augment
This mod spends its augment slot on survivability. Accumulating Whipclaw instead gives Whipclaw a stacking damage bonus after hitting 3 enemies, with the bonus decaying after 10 seconds; Pilfering Strangledome gives enemies held in Strangledome a 65% chance to drop additional loot. These address different goals and do not provide Venari Bodyguard's stated protection.
