How it works
Raw Stone is the listed material. The source describes an initial 14.4% addition to base attack for previously un-upgraded, uninfused weapons, while Strength, Dexterity, Magic, Fire, Lightning, and Dark scaling are reduced to D or E. It can be applied to shields only if the relevant source permits it; the upgrade material passage says its listed description concerns weapon attack. Normal and Raw weapons can receive weapon enchantments and item-applied buffs.
