Ability requirements and Action Point cost
Using a skill below its recommended ability level increases its Action Point cost by two for each ability level below the requirement.
How it works
Each skill recommends an ability level. If the character does not meet it, the skill’s Action Point cost increases by 2 for each ability level below the requirement. The passage does not give individual skills’ base costs or a complete table of their ability requirements.
