Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy

How does the four-piece bonus activate?

Two pieces grant 18% ATK. With four pieces, whenever the value of the equipping character’s Bond of Life increases or decreases, that character deals 18% increased DMG for 6 seconds, up to three stacks. The trigger is a change in the Bond of Life value, not simply having a Bond of Life. The supplied effect does not specify separate bonuses for particular attack types.

When should you consider it?

Its four-piece effect fits a build that can cause repeated Bond of Life value changes during combat, since those changes can build up to three stacks. If the character’s mechanics do not change that value, the main four-piece effect has no stated trigger. The two-piece ATK bonus remains available independently of that four-piece condition.

How do the listed alternatives differ?

Finale of the Deep Galleries gives Cryo DMG at two pieces and larger Normal Attack and Burst bonuses only at zero Elemental Energy, with the two attack bonuses suppressing each other for six seconds after use. Flower of Paradise Lost instead grants Elemental Mastery and bonuses tied to the wearer triggering specific reactions. Marechaussee Hunter gives Normal and Charged Attack DMG at two pieces and builds CRIT Rate when current HP rises or falls. Those sets depend on different stats and conditions; none duplicates the Bond of Life trigger.

Limitations and tradeoffs

• The four-piece bonus depends on Bond of Life value changes by the wearer.
• Its damage increase lasts 6 seconds and has a three-stack limit.
