Genshin Impact · Artifact Set

Vourukasha's Glow

Artifact set for HP-focused builds that deal Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst damage, especially when the wearer can take damage to build the four-piece effect.

Introduced in v3.6

Vourukasha's Glow gives 20% HP with two pieces. Its four-piece bonus starts with 10% more Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst damage, then increases that bonus when the wearer takes damage. Consider it when those damage types matter and the wearer can reliably trigger or maintain the damage-taking effect.

Understand Vourukasha's Glow

Useful when…

  • Increasing a character's HP with the two-piece bonus.
  • Supporting Skill and Burst damage when the wearer can take damage during combat.
  • Building the four-piece stacks while the wearer is off-field, if they take damage there.

What do the bonuses do?

Two pieces grant 20% HP. Four pieces add 10% Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst damage. After the equipping character takes damage, the stated damage bonus increases by 80% for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks. Each stack has its own duration, so stacks can expire at different times. The effect can trigger while the wearer is off-field.

When is it useful?

The two-piece bonus is relevant when extra HP benefits the character. The full set is aimed at characters whose damage comes from Skills and Bursts, and who can take damage often enough to build stacks. Because the effect can trigger off-field, damage taken while the wearer is away from the field can still contribute; the wearer must still take damage for the stack trigger.

What conditions should guide the choice?

The four-piece bonus does not list Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack damage. Its extra bonus also depends on taking damage, so a wearer who avoids damage or rarely takes it may not build the stacks consistently. Compare the set's specific damage types and trigger condition with the character's actual damage pattern before committing four slots.

How does it differ from alternatives?

Flower of Paradise Lost instead boosts Bloom, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, and Lunar-Bloom reaction damage, with additional stacks triggered by those reactions. Finale of the Deep Galleries conditions its Normal and Burst bonuses on having 0 Elemental Energy and alternates which bonus applies after dealing Normal or Burst damage. Long Night's Oath builds Plunging Attack damage through Plunging Attacks, Charged Attacks, or Skills hitting opponents. These sets support different damage conditions and are not interchangeable by name alone.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The four-piece damage bonus is limited to Skills and Bursts.
  • Its stacking effect requires the wearer to take damage, and stack durations are independent.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Assuming the four-piece bonus improves Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack damage.
  • Assuming stacks build without the wearer taking damage.
  • Treating all stacks as having one shared expiration time.

Effects and reference details

4-piece bonus

Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will be increased by 10%. After the equipping character takes DMG, the aforementioned DMG Bonus is increased by 80% for 5s. This effect increase can have 5 stacks. The duration of each stack is counted independently. These effects can be triggered even when the equipping character is not on the field.
