Tap skill and hold mode
Low-Temperature Cooking’s tap deals area Cryo damage and activates Cold Storage mode for 20 seconds. The Mek follows the active character and fires Cryo-damaging Frosty Parfaits at nearby opponents. Activating this mode also periodically summons an Ousia-aligned Surging Blade that deals area Cryo damage at a 10-second interval. Tap has a 15-second cooldown. Holding the skill instead activates Off-the-Cuff Cookery Mode: the Mek is placed on the field to absorb elemental attacks, and when it absorbs enough elemental energy, Escoffier can convert ingredients placed within it into food. She can make only a certain number of dishes each week, resetting Monday at 4:00 AM.
Healing and party composition
Scoring Cuts deals area Cryo damage and restores HP to nearby party members based on Escoffier’s ATK. Its cooldown is 15 seconds and Energy cost is 60. After using it, Better to Salivate Than Medicate restores HP to nearby active characters every second for nine seconds, also based on her ATK. Inspiration-Immersed Seasoning reduces Hydro and Cryo resistance of opponents hit by her skill or burst for 12 seconds. The reduction is 5%, 10%, 15%, or 55% for a combined total of one, two, three, or four Hydro or Cryo characters in the party. Any mixture totaling four qualifies for 55%; it does not require four characters of the same element. Opponents must be hit by the skill or burst for the resistance reduction to apply.
Talent investment
Elemental Skill levels support the tap skill’s Cryo attacks, and Burst levels support its area hit and direct healing. Normal Attack levels apply to her separate three-hit polearm sequence, not the Mek attacks or burst healing. The listed level 9-to-10 example costs 700,000 Mora, 16 Philosophies of Justice, 12 Artificed Dynamic Gear, two Eroded Horn, and one Crown of Insight. Her burst and post-burst healing both scale with ATK.
Comparisons and conditions
Skirk is a Cryo sword user, while Mika and Shenhe are Cryo polearm users. These shared element or weapon facts do not establish that they provide Escoffier’s ATK-based healing or party-count resistance reduction. The resistance reduction also requires opponents to be hit by her skill or burst.
Limitations and tradeoffs
Resistance reduction depends on the combined Hydro and Cryo party count, from 5% at one to 55% at four.
Tap activates the combat mode; holding the skill activates cooking mode.
The burst heals nearby party members, while its follow-up effect specifically heals nearby active characters.
