Understand In Pursuit of the Wind
Useful when…
- A Harmony wearer supporting allies who deal Break DMG.
- A team where the wearer can enter combat and provide the stated teamwide effect.
Effect and stacking
After entering combat, the wearer increases all allies' Break DMG dealt by 16% at S1. At S5, this rises to 24%. Effects of the same type cannot stack, so equipping another source of the same type does not add its effect to this one.
When it fits
This is a focused team option for Break damage. A Grounded Ascent instead restores Energy and builds a temporary DMG bonus for a single ally targeted by the wearer's Skill or Ultimate, with Skill Point recovery after repeated uses. But the Battle Isn't Over offers Energy Regeneration Rate, conditional Skill Point recovery, and a brief bonus for the next ally to act after the wearer's Skill. Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds cycles through random team ATK, CRIT DMG, or Energy Regeneration Rate effects. These alternatives support different needs rather than the explicit teamwide Break DMG increase.
Improvement priorities
Promotion advances the Light Cone through stages 0–6. Superimposition improves the team Break DMG bonus from S1 to S5 and consumes one sacrifice copy for each listed step. Promotion improves the equipped Light Cone directly; weigh superimposition against retaining duplicate copies, especially if the teamwide effect already meets your needs.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The effect benefits Break DMG and does not state increases to other damage types.
- Effects of the same type cannot stack.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating its Break DMG bonus as a general increase to all ally damage.
- Expecting multiple effects of the same type to stack.
