Understand Mushy Shroomy's Adventures
Useful when…
- An Elation wearer who uses Elation Skills in combat.
- A build that can benefit from increasing Elation damage taken by enemies for two turns after the skill.
What does the effect do?
At S1, the Cone grants 12% Elation. When its wearer uses an Elation Skill, all enemies take 6% more Elation damage for two turns. At S5, the bonuses are 20% Elation and 10% increased Elation damage taken. The enemy effect is triggered by the wearer’s Elation Skill, so it does not begin simply from equipping the Cone.
When might another Elation Cone fit better?
A Little Getaway provides Elation and lets the wearer’s Elation Skill ignore some of a target’s DEF during its use. That is a different, skill-linked offensive effect. Colors for Tomorrow has a team-support profile: its enemy damage-taken increase requires an Elation Skill used on all allies, and it also grants Energy and heals allies. Dazzled by a Flowery World instead ties parts of its effect to Elation teammates and Skill Point consumption. These are candidates with distinct triggers, not automatic upgrades or substitutes.
How should it be improved?
Promotion raises the Cone through six stages. Superimposition raises its S1 effect values toward S5, and each listed superimposition step consumes one S1 copy. Promote it for level progression; weigh duplicate copies against the larger Elation and enemy vulnerability bonuses available at higher superimpositions.
What should you not assume?
The enemy vulnerability lasts two turns and is triggered by the wearer’s Elation Skill. Do not treat it as permanent or as a general increase to every damage type: its text specifies Elation damage taken.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The enemy damage-taken increase requires the wearer to use an Elation Skill.
- That increase applies to Elation damage and lasts two turns.
- Superimposition uses duplicate copies.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the enemy damage-taken effect applies to all damage types.
- Forgetting that the effect lasts two turns and needs an Elation Skill trigger.
- Treating a candidate with a different trigger as an equivalent effect.
