Never Forget Her Flame GUIDE
Understand Never Forget Her Flame
Useful when…
- Support Break damage from the wearer and one teammate.
- Recover a Skill Point when the wearer applies Weakness, with the trigger resetting after Ultimate.
Break Effect and combat-entry selection
The wearer gains 60% Break Effect at S1, rising to 120% at S5. On entering combat, Break DMG dealt by the wearer and another teammate who triggered combat increases by 32% at S1, up to 72% at S5. If no teammate triggered combat, the wearer and the teammate with the highest Break Effect receive this bonus instead. Effects of the same type cannot stack. The identity of the second recipient therefore depends on how combat begins.
Weakness application and Skill Points
When the wearer applies Weakness to an enemy, the Cone restores 1 Skill Point. This can trigger once, and using the wearer’s Ultimate resets the trigger count. The text does not state that every Weakness application restores a point; further recovery requires the Ultimate reset followed by another qualifying application.
Investment and alternatives
Promotion raises the Cone’s level with Credits and listed materials. Superimposition consumes duplicate copies and increases Break Effect and Break DMG values; the Weakness-triggered Skill Point amount stays at 1. Along the Passing Shore is oriented toward CRIT DMG and the wearer’s direct damage after hitting enemies. Before the Tutorial Mission Starts offers Effect Hit Rate and conditional Energy on attacks against DEF-reduced enemies, while Boundless Choreo raises CRIT Rate and rewards attacking slowed or DEF-reduced enemies. These are different stat and trigger packages rather than equivalent Break support.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The Break DMG bonus covers only the wearer and one teammate.
- Skill Point recovery is limited to one trigger until the wearer uses Ultimate.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the second Break recipient is always the highest-Break-Effect ally; that fallback applies only when no teammate triggered combat.
- Expecting repeated Weakness applications to keep restoring Skill Points without using Ultimate to reset the trigger.
