Understand The Forever Victual
Useful when…
- A Harmony wearer whose relevant stats or personal damage use ATK.
- A wearer who uses Skills and can build the three-stack bonus.
How does it build stacks?
At S1, it grants 16% ATK. Each time the wearer uses their Skill, they gain another 8% ATK, up to three stacks. At S5, the values are 32% base ATK and 16% per stack. The stack trigger is Skill use, and the cap means further uses cannot add stacks beyond three.
What do other Harmony options offer?
A Grounded Ascent grants Energy and builds a damage bonus on an ally targeted by the wearer’s Skill or Ultimate, with Skill Point recovery after a set number of those single-ally uses. But the Battle Isn’t Over offers Energy Regeneration Rate, a conditional Skill Point recovery, and a damage boost for the next ally acting after the wearer’s Skill. Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds cycles among random team ATK, CRIT DMG, or Energy Regeneration Rate effects at battle start and the wearer’s turns. These alternatives focus on ally support or team effects rather than stacking the wearer’s ATK through Skills.
How should it be invested in?
Promotion advances the Cone through six stages. Superimposition raises both its base ATK bonus and ATK gained per Skill stack; each listed step consumes one Chrysos Spoon. Promote for level progression. Consider superimposition if the wearer can build stacks and the improved personal ATK is worth using copies on.
What does it not provide?
Its listed passive provides ATK to the wearer. It does not state a direct damage bonus for allies or a Skill Point or Energy effect. Do not select it expecting those kinds of Harmony support effects.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The extra ATK requires Skill uses and caps at three stacks.
- Its listed bonuses are personal ATK rather than direct ally buffs.
- Superimposition consumes duplicate materials.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting more than three ATK stacks.
- Assuming Skill use grants an ally buff or restores Energy.
- Ignoring that the ATK bonuses apply to the wearer.
