Understand Tomorrow, Together
Useful when…
- An Elation wearer who uses their Ultimate to activate an ally-wide Elation bonus.
- A team that benefits from the wearer’s CRIT DMG and a one-turn Elation increase for all allies.
What happens after Ultimate use?
At S1, the wearer gains 12% CRIT DMG. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies gain 8% Elation for one turn. At S5, the values are 24% CRIT DMG and 12% Elation. The Elation increase is team-wide but temporary, and the Ultimate is the stated trigger.
How do nearby Elation options differ?
A Little Getaway grants Elation and DEF ignore during the wearer’s Elation Skill use. Colors for Tomorrow increases enemies’ damage taken when its wearer uses an Elation Skill on all allies, while also restoring Energy and healing the team. Dazzled by a Flowery World has effects tied to Elation teammates and Skill Point consumption. Those candidates reward different actions or team conditions; they are not equivalent to an Ultimate-triggered one-turn Elation bonus.
What should be improved?
Promotion advances the Cone through six stages. Superimposition raises its CRIT DMG and team Elation values; each listed step consumes one Commemorative Cartridge. Promote for level progression. Consider superimposition when the wearer’s Ultimate can activate the team bonus and stronger values justify using copies.
What does the timing require?
The team bonus lasts one turn and occurs after the wearer uses their Ultimate. Do not assume it remains active throughout the battle or is triggered by an Elation Skill.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The ally Elation bonus lasts one turn and requires Ultimate use.
- The alternatives have distinct triggers and support profiles.
- Superimposition consumes duplicate materials.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the Elation bonus to persist beyond its one-turn duration.
- Confusing Ultimate use with Elation Skill use as the trigger.
- Assuming its team bonus is unconditional.
