Understand Amphoreus, The Eternal Land
Useful when…
- Use it for a wearer who benefits from CRIT Rate and can have their memosprite on the field.
- Consider the team-wide SPD increase when its trigger can be active during the relevant part of combat.
What are the two effects?
The two-piece effect increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8%. While the wearer's memosprite is on the field, all allies gain 8% SPD. The SPD effect cannot be stacked, so equipping multiple copies does not add another copy of that effect.
When should you consider it?
The CRIT Rate applies to the wearer, while the SPD support requires the wearer's memosprite to be on the field. Consider the set when both the wearer's CRIT Rate and the conditional team speed are useful; if the memosprite is not present, the stated SPD effect is not active.
How do other sets differ?
City of Converging Stars offers ATK after the wearer uses a Follow-Up ATK and team CRIT DMG after an enemy defeat. Arcadia of Woven Dreams scales wearer and memosprite damage from ally count, while Bone Collection's Serene Demesne grants CRIT DMG to wearer and memosprite at an HP threshold. These bonuses use different triggers and beneficiaries from Amphoreus's memosprite-triggered team SPD.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The team SPD bonus depends on the wearer's memosprite being on the field.
- The SPD effect cannot stack.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the team SPD bonus is active when the wearer's memosprite is not on the field.
- Expecting multiple copies to stack the SPD effect despite its explicit non-stacking rule.
