Understand Izumo Gensei and Takama Divine Realm
Useful when…
- A wearer whose team includes at least one teammate following the same Path.
- A wearer who benefits from ATK and conditional CRIT Rate.
What is the activation condition?
The two-piece set always grants 12% ATK. When entering battle, the wearer gains 12% CRIT Rate if at least one teammate follows the same Path as the wearer. Without such a teammate, the conditional CRIT Rate bonus does not activate.
When should you consider it?
Check the team's Paths before counting the 12% CRIT Rate. If the condition is met and the wearer uses both ATK and CRIT Rate, the set supplies both stats; if not, only the ATK increase is assured.
How do alternative conditions differ?
Celestial Differentiator gives CRIT DMG and a large CRIT Rate increase through the first attack when current CRIT DMG reaches 120%. Fallen Star Anchorage gives CRIT Rate and conditionally adds CRIT DMG when the wearer and another teammate are both Trailblaze Companions characters. Sprightly Vonwacq focuses on Energy Regeneration Rate and an opening action advance at 120 SPD. These effects rely on different battle conditions.
What should you avoid?
Do not assume the wearer alone satisfies the same-Path condition. Confirm that at least one teammate follows the wearer's Path before relying on the CRIT Rate bonus.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The CRIT Rate increase requires a teammate following the same Path.
- Its ATK bonus may be less relevant to a wearer who does not benefit from ATK.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the same-Path CRIT Rate condition is met without checking a teammate's Path.
- Treating the conditional 12% CRIT Rate as an unconditional set bonus.
