Understand Adrenaline Boost
Useful when…
- Conclave builds that prioritize additional Energy capacity.
- Evaluating an Energy-for-Health tradeoff in a standard Warframe mod slot.
What the mod changes
At rank 0, Adrenaline Boost gives +12.5% Energy and -5% Health. At rank 2, it gives +37.5% Energy and -15% Health; at rank 3 it reaches +50% Energy and -20% Health. The benefit and penalty both scale with rank.
Conclave installation details
This is a Conclave Warframe mod with Madurai polarity, base drain 10, and standard-slot placement. It is incompatible with Heightened Reflexes. Account for both the high base drain and reduced Health when considering it in a loadout.
Rank costs and decision
Listed rank-ups cost 30, 60, and 120 Endo and 1,449, 2,898, and 5,796 credits. Rank 3 reaches +50% Energy, paired with -20% Health. Invest according to whether the added Energy is worth both the escalating fusion cost and the corresponding loss of Health.
Other effects are not substitutes
Heightened Reflexes gives +20% Casting Speed and -20% Ability Efficiency and is explicitly incompatible with this mod. Adaptation builds resistance when damaged, while Adept Surge trades Health for Mobility. Those have different effects and conditions; neither supplies Adrenaline Boost’s listed Energy increase.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The Energy increase is paired with a Health reduction.
- Base drain is 10 and the mod occupies a standard slot.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Overlooking the Health penalty when increasing rank.
- Attempting to equip it with Heightened Reflexes despite the listed incompatibility.
