Understand Miter
Useful when…
- Compare the uncharged and charged entries when choosing between their listed damage and chance profiles.
- Keep the Incarnon entries separate from the ordinary shots.
Ordinary attack entries
Uncharged Shot lists 20 Impact, 70 Slash, and 10 Puncture damage, with 5% critical chance and 20% status chance. Charged Shot lists 25 Impact, 450 Slash, and 25 Puncture damage, with 10% critical chance and 50% status chance; its listed charge time is 0.8 seconds. Both entries list speed 2.5, while the uncharged and charged projectile speeds are 60 and 100 respectively.
Magazine and handling
Miter is charge-triggered, has a 20-round magazine, and lists a 2-second reload. Its details give separate attack entries for uncharged and charged shots; the charged entry's 0.8-second charge time is distinct from its listed speed.
Incarnon entries
Incarnon Form is listed as a projectile attack. Incarnon Form Radial Attack is a separate AoE entry with 80 Heat damage and a 0.2 falloff reduction at a 3 m endpoint. These entries do not describe the ordinary shots.
Other rifle profiles
Panthera is described as firing high-velocity blades and also working as a battle-saw. Acceltra is described as firing rapid plasma rockets, while Amprex fires a continuous electricity beam that arcs among nearby enemies. These descriptions offer different weapon mechanics for comparison.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The charged entry includes a 0.8-second charge time.
- Ordinary critical chance differs by mode: 5% uncharged and 10% charged.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Applying the top-level 5% critical chance to the charged entry, which lists 10%.
- Describing the Incarnon falloff entry as 20% reduction across 3 m.
