Understand Firewalker
Useful when…
- Increase parkour velocity and aim-glide or wall-latch duration.
- Add Heat on bullet jump when that movement-triggered effect suits the build.
Effects and trigger
At maximum rank, Firewalker gives +24.2% Parkour Velocity, +24.2% Aim Glide/Wall Latch Duration, and +275% Heat on Bullet Jump. Rank 0 provides +2.2%, +2.2%, and +25%, respectively; rank 5 gives +13.2%, +13.2%, and +150%. The Heat bonus is specifically tied to bullet jump.
Slot and ranking cost
Firewalker is a Warframe Exilus mod with Madurai polarity, base drain 2, and maximum rank 10. Costs rise steeply in the examples: 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits for rank 0 to 1; 960 Endo and 46,368 Credits for rank 5 to 6; 15,360 Endo and 741,888 Credits for rank 9 to 10. Its lower ranks already provide portions of all three listed bonuses, so the larger later investment buys incremental increases.
Compare bullet-jump effects
Battering Maneuver lists the same two movement categories at +18% and adds Impact on Bullet Jump, while Ice Spring and Lightning Dash list the same maximum movement values as Firewalker but add Cold and Electricity on Bullet Jump respectively. These are distinct elemental variants; choose based on the listed effect you want rather than treating the elements as cumulative bonuses from one mod.
Listed sources
The supplied drop list includes Kuva Jester, Drekar Hellion, and Uranus cache Rotation C rewards as sources.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The Heat effect is tied to bullet jump rather than stated as a general weapon bonus.
- Maximum rank requires substantial Endo and Credits in the listed examples.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the Heat bonus applies outside bullet-jump use.
- Ignoring the high Endo and Credit cost of the final ranks.
