Trigger and rank scaling
At rank 0, a kill grants 12.5% reload speed for 0.75 seconds. At rank 2, it grants 37.5% for 2 seconds; rank 3 reaches 50% for 3 seconds. The bonus depends on getting a kill and expires quickly.
Compatibility and cost
Kill Switch is a Rare Conclave shotgun mod with Madurai polarity, 10 base drain, and maximum rank 3. It uses a standard slot, not an Exilus slot. The listed rank-up steps cost 30, 60, then 120 Endo and 1,449, 2,898, then 5,796 Credits. The investment increases both reload-speed bonus and duration.
Other reload choices
Chilling Reload offers a stated 40% reload-speed bonus plus 60% Cold, while Burdened Magazine adds magazine capacity and reduces reload speed. Flawed Tactical Pump gives a stated 12% reload-speed bonus. These standard or flawed mods do not share Kill Switch's Conclave kill trigger, so they offer different tradeoffs.
