Tek Gravity

Melee slam crowd-control mod

Released Nov 8, 2018

Tek Gravity pulls nearby enemies toward a melee slam performed inside the Marked Zone. Consider it when you deliberately use slam attacks to gather enemies for follow-up attacks or area effects.

Understand Tek Gravity

Useful when…

  • Grouping enemies with melee slam attacks while inside the Marked Zone.

Effect and condition

The pull occurs on slam attacks and only when the slam is performed in the Marked Zone. Its radius is 5 m at rank 0, 15 m at rank 2, and 20 m at rank 3. It is a standard melee mod with Madurai polarity and maximum rank 3.

Rank investment

Listed fusion costs are 30 Endo and 1,449 credits for 0→1, 60 and 2,898 for 1→2, and 120 and 5,796 for 2→3. The pull radius grows substantially between ranks 1 and 2, then reaches 20 m at max rank. Prioritize ranks based on the radius you need and the value of grouping enemies; the mod does not specify damage or a slam damage bonus.

Limitations and alternatives

Tek Gravity does not describe a general melee pull: it requires a slam and the Marked Zone. The comparison mods instead support blocking-related effects: Flawed Parry and Parry can open enemies to finishers after the Warframe blocks melee, while Guardian Derision taunts enemies during blocking and adds combo-count chance. Those conditions differ from pulling enemies with a slam.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The pull depends on a slam inside the Marked Zone.
  • Later ranks cost more Endo and credits.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Expecting the pull on ordinary melee attacks or slams outside the Marked Zone.
  • Confusing its enemy grouping with blocking-based finisher or taunt effects.
