Talent Level-Up material. Contention is the principle by which all is weighed in the Nation of Pyro. Though humans cannot fly at the speed of winged beasts, nor match the flexibility of slimes, yet still, they have their own unique strengths. Sometimes, understanding both why and how to compete is the key to knowing oneself.
Used by the supported upgrade goals listed below. Requirements depend on the selected current and target levels.
None★★★★★Aether’s value depends on the chosen form: the abilities range from Anemo grouping and elemental absorption to Cryo crystal attacks, Dendro field support, Electro energy effects, Geo constructs, Hydro aimed attacks and Pyro coordinated damage. Choose a form for the effect you need, and invest in that form’s own combat talent tracks.
Electro★★★★Iansan’s burst deploys a following Scale that boosts the active character’s ATK based on her Nightsoul points and ATK. Movement by the active character can help restore those points while the Scale is active. Her skill also enables faster movement and a free Swift Stormflight follow-up after a Normal Attack.
None★★★★★Lumine uses a sword and can take Anemo, Cryo, Dendro, Electro, Geo, Hydro, or Pyro form. Each form has its own normal attack, skill, and burst track; their shared sword attacks are five-hit combos, two-hit charged attacks costing 20 Stamina, and plunging attacks. Consider her when you want to adapt the Traveler to a form’s particular damage, elemental application, or support mechanics.
Pyro★★★★★Mavuika's Skill summons either a Ring of Searing Radiance that follows the active character and attacks nearby opponents, or a Flamestrider that converts her attacks to Nightsoul-aligned Pyro damage and provides movement options. Her Burst consumes Fighting Spirit instead of Energy and starts a temporary state with separate damage bonuses and interruption resistance.
Hydro★★★★★Mualani is a five-star Hydro catalyst user. Her skill starts a surf state that converts normal attacks into HP-scaling Sharky’s Bites. Contact with opponents builds stacks that increase bite damage; at three stacks, the bite becomes a stronger Surging Bite. Her burst fires a tracking Hydro missile based on Max HP.
Cryo★★★★★Skirk is a five-star Cryo sword character. Her skill grants Serpent’s Subtlety and can switch her into Seven-Phase Flash, where her burst becomes a special attack. Outside that mode, her burst spends Serpent’s Subtlety. Nearby Hydro and other Cryo characters can also grant Death’s Crossing stacks that strengthen her attacks.
