Character Level-Up Material
A palmful of eternal water left by an oceanid. Though it has already diffused among the depths of the lake, its purity remains all the same. But why would a creature so pure and clean as an oceanid covet the appearance of a being that roams the land, and assume such a form with pure water? They need not breathe nor do they require sustenance...
Used by the supported upgrade goals listed below. Requirements depend on the selected current and target levels.
Hydro★★★★Barbara is a 4-star Hydro Catalyst character whose Elemental Skill combines periodic healing for the active character with healing triggered by her Normal and Charged Attack hits. Her Burst provides a large party heal. Consider her when you need healing alongside Hydro damage, while accounting for the Skill’s Wet application and its cooldown.
Hydro★★★★★Mona is a five-star Hydro catalyst character whose burst applies Omen when an opponent affected by Illusory Bubble takes damage. Her skill creates a Hydro Phantom that taunts nearby opponents and deals damage.
Hydro★★★★★Tartaglia is a Hydro bow user whose Elemental Skill converts his attacks to close-range Hydro strikes. His Riptide marks create additional effects when he hits marked opponents, and the Skill cooldown grows with time spent in melee stance.
Hydro★★★★Xingqiu is useful when the active character can use Normal Attacks during his Burst: those attacks trigger consecutive Hydro sword rain. His Skill and Burst create Rain Swords that reduce damage and improve interruption resistance. The Burst costs 80 Energy, which is a practical consideration when planning its use.
