Electro★★★★★Flins is an Electro polearm character whose Skill changes him into a short-duration form with Electro-infused normal and charged attacks and a faster special Skill. His Burst and passives center on Lunar-Charged damage, so consider him when the party can support that reaction-focused approach.

When its wielder creates a shield, it grants a timed DMG increase to the active party member, based on the wielder’s ATK, and restores Energy to the wielder. Consider it when the catalyst user can create shields and the party can make use of the active-member bonus.
Sword★★★★★Athame Artis is a 5-star Sword with CRIT Rate as its secondary stat. It increases Elemental Burst CRIT DMG, then an Elemental Burst hit grants ATK to the wielder and a three-second ATK boost to nearby active party members. The effect can trigger off-field. A party with Hexerei: Secret Rite effects further increases the Blade of the Daylight Hours effect. Consider it when Burst damage and a brief active-member ATK boost fit the wielder’s role.

It increases Elemental Burst DMG, with an additional increase when the character’s Energy Capacity is at or below the listed thresholds. Consider it for a Burst damage build after checking the character’s Energy Capacity; the extra bonus is not universal across wielders.

Its skill-damage and Lunar-Bloom triggers grant two timed buffs; while both are active, nearby party members receive large Bloom-family reaction damage bonuses. Consider it for a Hydro or Dendro Skill user in a setup that can also trigger Lunar-Bloom reactions.
