Hits from the bomb or bomblets lower enemy ATK and grant Coil stacks. At four stacks, she consumes them all to enter Rushing Ice for 10 seconds, increasing normal-attack damage and converting those attacks to Cryo. Consider her when you want a Cryo-infused normal-attack window or a quick AoE Cryo burst. Her kit asks you to understand stack timing: she can gain at most one Coil every 0.1 seconds, and cannot gain new ones while Rushing Ice is active.
