Anemo★★★★Ifa is an Anemo catalyst character whose skill puts him into a hovering Nightsoul state where normal attacks fire healing Tonicshots. His burst pulls nearby enemies and objects while dealing Anemo damage, and his passive increases nearby party members’ damage from several named reactions. Consider him when you want that combination of hover-based support, healing, and reaction-focused utility.
Anemo★★★★Jahoda’s skill fills a flask from nearby opponents affected by Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo, then discharges it for Anemo damage or, at Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam, stored-element damage. Her burst deals Anemo damage and deploys healing robots. The robot enhancement depends on which eligible element has the most characters in the party.

Use her when you want a burst-based team heal and Anemo field effects; her skill offers a shorter-cooldown hit and enemy repositioning, but its held form immobilizes her and consumes Stamina.

Anemo★★★★Lan Yan is an Anemo catalyst user whose skill provides a shield and a dash, followed by an aerial ring attack. Consider her when you want a shield that scales with ATK, can absorb one of four specified elements, and can add corresponding elemental damage to her rings after the right skill interaction.
Anemo★★★★Lynette is a four-star Anemo sword user who combines a controllable movement skill, an Anemo burst that taunts and deals periodic damage, and a temporary party ATK bonus based on the number of elemental types in the party. Use her when those effects are useful; the ATK bonus is strongest with four different elemental types, while her burst can absorb one eligible element.
Anemo★★★★Prune combines Anemo attacks with a conditional elemental conversion. Her skill can change into a converted hammer strike after she triggers Swirl or Stellar Swirl with it. Her burst summons a bell that follows the active character, and its Swirl reactions can create additional converted hammer hits. Those hits enable a five-second party damage bonus based on Prune's ATK.
Anemo★★★★Sayu combines Anemo damage and movement from her rolling skill with a Burst that heals and leaves a Daruma to attack or heal based on nearby conditions. Use her when you want healing alongside Anemo utility, or when her controllable roll is useful for moving through the world.
Anemo★★★★Shikanoin Heizou’s normal, charged, and plunging attacks deal Anemo damage. Heartstopper Strike gains power from Declension stacks, with Conviction at four stacks strengthening the next strike and enlarging its area. His skill hit also grants other party members an Elemental Mastery bonus, while his burst can pull nearby objects and opponents and trigger elemental follow-up damage.
Anemo★★★★Sucrose is an Anemo catalyst who groups nearby enemies with her skill and Burst and shares Elemental Mastery with party members through Swirl and skill hits. Use her when reaction-focused allies can benefit from that shared Elemental Mastery and when grouping helps keep opponents together.
Anemo★★★★★Varka is an Anemo claymore user who wields dual claymores and enters a 12-second powered attack mode with a tapped Skill. In that mode, party composition determines corresponding elemental damage and can unlock Four Winds' Ascension and Azure Devour. His held Skill instead charges a leap.
Anemo★★★★★Venti uses Anemo crowd control to gather opponents with his Burst and can launch enemies with his Skill. Consider him when enemies can be affected by the Stormeye’s pull or when you value his energy restoration and gliding utility. His Burst absorbs one eligible element at most once per use, so its added damage depends on contact with an elemental type.
Anemo★★★★★Vesna is an Anemo sword user whose Skill enters a 15-second mode that changes her attacks to Anemo and enables Windborne Sword. Windborne Sword levels up with successive uses in the same mode, while her Burst grants Sword Essence. Her passives add stack-based Spirit Blade damage and Stellar Swirl effects under stated conditions.
Anemo★★★★★Wanderer is a Catalyst user whose Elemental Skill puts him into a hovering state where his Normal and Charged Attacks become stronger Anemo attacks. Use him when you want sustained ranged pressure with the freedom to move vertically and horizontally while attacking.
Anemo★★★★★Xianyun combines party healing with a Burst that raises nearby active characters' jump height and supports Plunging Attacks. Her Skill lets her leap up to three times before a Plunging Attack, so consider her for teams that want healing and plunge-focused play, or for her own Anemo mobility and plunge damage.
Anemo★★★★★Xiao is a Polearm user whose Burst greatly increases his jumping ability, attack area, and damage while converting his attacks to Anemo. Consider him when you want a field attacker built around repeated Plunging Attacks; his Burst drains his HP and ends if he leaves the field.
Anemo★★★★★Yumemizuki Mizuki enters Dreamdrifter with her skill, drifting through nearby enemies while increasing nearby party members’ Swirl and Stellar Swirl damage based on her Elemental Mastery. Her burst creates snacks that heal the picker at 70% HP or below, or explode for damage above 70%.
